I was wondering if you were aware that the last obs-studio update broke the
functionality of obs-v4l2sink. That kind of busts the whole video
conferencing solution.
Could you please let me know if that is something on your end, or was there
a change that requires a modification on my end?

Forgive me. I am on Opensuse 15.2, obs-studio 25.0.8-pm152.3.1, and
obs-v4l2sink 0.1.0-pm152.3.1

The changes for libexec should have probably been restricted to
Factory build and not 15.2 builds for OBS and v4l2sink..

Unlikely. It is upstreams fault, they should have used the proper variables in their cmake files...

Did anyone already open an upstream bug to get this sorted out?

v4l2sink is currently unmaintained upstream (there is already bug
report on github for the plugin location) but a fork is being
integrated in OBS for new major version, so the problem will be gone).

Also, what is the process for a password reset? I created the account

I have activated your account, please try logging in with the password
you believe you have set. If this does not work, please PM me with a
GPG-signed mail, I will set a new password.

Good question. There isn't any. I can set a new password manually, then
you can login and set a new password.
Please have a look at
https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/issues/699
it is an open request to OBS since more than 6 years with no hope :)

Fiddling in the database is possible, though, and I am (not really ;)
happy to do so.
