[packman] Bug in HandBrakeGUI on Tumbleweed openSUSE

That definitely looks like handbrake was built against a different
libstdc++ than what you have on your system. I should have asked you
to type bt full after the illegal instruction and maybe I can pinpoint
which library is the culprit. I've got Tumbleweed version 20200314
installed will update to 20200318 which is the latest. cat
/usr/lib/os-release will show which version you have installed.
