[packman] PMBS downtime tomorrow or Friday in the afternoon

Hi Packmans,

due to the earlier mentioned problems with the aircon in the data room, 
where my machines are hosted, I will move my equipment to a different 
building. Depending on availability of mounting material (delivery 
expected today) and workload of my day job, either tomorrow, Thursday, 
Jul 30th, or Friday, Jul 31st, there will be a downtime of PMBS for 
several hours, probably starting around 4 p.m. CEST.

I will notify you in advance again.

PS: this is also a precautionary measure to avoid a week-long downtime 
early September, as there will be extensive work on power connection in 
the area. I am still not entirely sure, whether the move prevents a 
downtime. If a longer disruption is necessary, I will notify you in 
advance.
