[packman] aMule for Leap 15.1

I can't understand why someone has made aMule build against wxWidgets
2.8 and haven't said anything in the changes file, I've just tried
wxWidgets 3 and it builds and runs.
Rolf try installing from:
http://pmbs-api.links2linux.org:8080/home:/davepl/Leap_15.1/

If it works for you I'll submit the package.
