[packman] Essentials nvidia bcond

Hi,

I was wondering, what is the reasoning behind disabling bcond nvidia 
for Leap 15.0 for Essentials?
 From my testing ffmpeg with nvidia stuff enabled builds fine and works 
fine afterwards, but it can't really be easily executed for essentials 
due to that bcond. Would be really nice if nvidia users could use Leap 
15 to its full potential with ffmpeg (and other packages) :D
