xine-ui and xine-libs aka. libxine2, haven't been updated since
January 23 Update to 1.2.9. and an update to 0.99.10 for xine-ui at
the same time.
The problem is most likely caused by a library that xine was built
against not being present on the problem system due to a 42.3 build
failure.
