If this can use FFmpeg for decoding/encoding anyway, you can probably just get 
rid of libfaad, libmpg123, libmad, libvorbis and flac. If it does not use 
FFmpeg for these codecs, you should report that upstream, because there’s no 
reason to prefer the other decoders—especially libmad, which always uses a 
terrible linear resampler and thus results in subpar audio quality.
