Tumbleweed has this conflict now:

File /usr/lib/debug/usr/bin/dcadec.debug
  from install of
     dcadec-debuginfo-0.2.0-1.16.x86_64 (packman)
conflicts with file from install of
     dcatools-debuginfo-0.0.5-3.49.x86_64 (packman)

Should the binary from dcatools or dcadec be removed?
Only kodi and ffmpeg-2.8 link against the libs. Not sure if anything actually calls that binary, and if kodi really makes use of libdcadec.so.0. Appearently the BuildRequires is just junk back from the days when everything was built from scratch.
