I don't agree it reasonable to expect everyone using 42.1 to jump up to 42.2
with 42.3 due so soon. Even without that consideration there should be several
weeks at least for everyone using 42.1 to get a chance to catch its last few
updates.

For me at least, 42.2 and 42.3 are broken by a seriously annoying upstream
wontfix GTK bug, which keeping old GTK3 libs in place avoids.
