[packman] [PM] kodi 17.3-1.1 (openSUSE_Leap 42.2/x86_64)

Hi,

I tested your issue on my PC, installed with openSUSE Leap 42.1 and Kodi
17.3 and had no issues when installing SuperRepo repository and installing
some of it's addons.
