[packman] Please expect extended down times of PMBS over the weekend

Hi all,

please expect extended down times of PMBS over the weekend.
As time permits, I will try updating the underlying OS and the OBS
installation.

When I am on it - I cannot say for sure when exactly - I will write a
mail here, and also when I am done.
