If both OBS and PackMan build atop same VLC version, then there is no
problem, as you see with Factory packages.

But The biggest problem is with openSUSE 13.2, because Packman provides
different version of VLC than official openSUSE 13.2 repo. So PackMan must
have phonon-backend-vlc itself.
