[packman] opencv 3.1

Hi Packman team,

yesterday I've updated package opencv to version 3.1 on OBS (builds successfully against ffmpeg 3.0).
Unfortunately there are now some build errors on PMBS for opencv, builds ended with message "No space left on device".
I think a simple trigger rebuild for these packages should solve the problems.
Could anyone of you initiate this, I don't have the permissions to do it.
