[packman] latest transcode packages don't contain /usr/bin/transcode / k3b can't find transcode any more after update

Transcode actually hasn’t changed in years, so that’s pretty unlikely.

Also, if there’s a bug, it’s the fact that any software is still using 
transcode instead of FFmpeg.
