[packman] openSUSE:42

Hi all,

I have enabled building against openSUSE42 in 3 main repos: Essentials,
Multimedia and Extras.

Overall, most of the builds succeed, with some failing because of
missing dependencies yet built on openSUSE42, nee SLE 12.

These repos are ready to be synced to the mirrors, but have not yet.
Can someone enable this ?
