And with your _link change you introduced:

vlc-qt.i586: W: file-contains-date-and-time /usr/lib/vlc/plugins/gui/libqt4_plugin.so
libvlccore7.i586: W: file-contains-date-and-time /usr/lib/libvlccore.so.7.0.0
Your file uses  __DATE and __TIME__ this causes the package to rebuild when
not needed
