[packman] PMBS account activation

Hello, I recently signed up for a PMBS account, under the username
sfalken.

I'm currently a somewhat itinerant member of the openSUSE KDE team, and
all around developer, and have some things I want to work on that aren't
able to be included in the official openSUSE repos
