[packman] openjpeg2 package is ancient

Hi,

The Packman openjpeg2 package, in its current state, is likely to cause
confusion:

- The package claims to ship OpenJPEG 2.0, but actually ships a SVN
snapshot from 2010-11-25. This was nearly two full years before
OpenJPEG 2.0 was released.

- The packaged library has a different soname from the upstream OpenJPEG
2.0. As a result, the openSUSE openjpeg-devel and Packman
openjpeg2-devel both package the libopenjpeg.so symlink. (This would
not happen with OpenJPEG 2.0 final, since the shared library was renamed.)

- OpenJPEG 2.0 is also packaged in openSUSE Factory, using slightly
different package names.

(I tried to report this to Packman JIRA, but it returned a 500 error
when I tried to create an account.)
