mkisofs is provided by the cdrkit-cdrtools-compat package which is part 
of the openSUSE distribution. You should add the oss repo of openSUSE to 
solve this conflict.

The same here, libMagick++5 is a package provided by openSUSE as part of 
ImageMagick.

Add the oss Repository (not only the Installation-DVD) and all should be 
solved by YaST.
