[packman] pulseaudio-equalizer package issue

hello,

did you test this package ? not working at all with suse 13.1 .. 100%
reproducible .. good old packman, sometimes providing trash like in 10.x
era (sorry, don't feel touched)

do I miss something ?:

# zypper -vv se -is pulse\*
