Hi,
 
I'm using openSUSE 13.1 with the openSUSE_Factory Packman channel.
handbrake-cli-0.9.9-2.55.x86_64
ffmpeg-2.0.2-1.2.x86_64
libx264-135-0.135svn20130723-1.9.x86_64

I think it happens with every video.
