[packman] New video editor: Shotcut

Dear packman team,

Considering the Kdenlive project is report on Phoronix to have gone dark (
http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=MTUyNDk) and should this
be the case, would you please consider the Shotcut
http://www.shotcut.org/ project
as a suitable alternative?  It is created by the same developer as the MLT
framework.

Or if we could simply get Shotcut on packman that would be even better.
