[packman] Missing package versions in the openSUSE_12.3/x86_64 repository?!?

Hi there,

once again there appear some packages have vanished during the past few
days. I just ran rsync against the ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de mirror,
but still see issues around the "libx264-129" package. This one has been
removed a few days ago (I guess it should be replaced by the new
libx264-135" one), but at least "vlc-codecs" still requires this
particular version:

  $ rpm -q -q libx264-129 --provides
  libx264-129 = 0.129svn20130224-2.2
  libx264-129(x86-64) = 0.129svn20130224-2.2
  libx264.so.129()(64bit)
  $ rpm -q --whatrequires 'libx264.so.129()(64bit)'
  vlc-codecs-2.0.7-137.6.x86_64

Is there again a push to the mirrors blocked/hanging?
