I don't think this is necessary!

I never had a problem with audacious (not even with 3.2.4 as mentioned in the 
first mail), and right now it is still working fine with the following 
versions installed:
audacious-3.3.4-1.5.x86_64
audacious-plugins-3.3.4-1.1.x86_64

Why would the revision number matter anyway? It's just a number...

I think the original problem is caused by something different.
