Yep. Hermes is quite an overkill and there is no proper
documentation on how to install (at least I couldn't find
anything, and I tried longer than 5min ;)).

I did hack a small script that sends out emails to our list when
SRCSRV_REQUEST_CREATE events are triggered, but it doesn't seem
to work :\

Added some logging to try to trace what's going on.
