It should. And the current version should ignore new-built but
unchanged PDFs (i.e. only the build-timestamp in the PDF was changed).

Packages that gCue2tracks depends on change much more often in
Factory! If any of those gets rebuilt, then the Factory gCue2tracks
needs to be rebuilt.
