[packman] ffmpeg Subtitle Support

The above link says that it is now possible to hardcode subtitles with 
ffmpeg but that ffmpeg needs to be compiled with --enable-libass. Are 
there any plans for this to be included in any upcoming updates for 
ffmpeg. Personally I use openSUSE but presume this would be of relevance 
to all
