It should come to KDE:UpdatedApps too, shortly:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/UpdatedApps/openSUSE_11.4/

Otherwise nag the openSUSE KDE packagers.

It shouldn't be necessary to upgrade your entire desktop environment just to 
update one application.
