[packman] Missing packages in oS11.4

Unfortunately, mplayerplug-in is unmaintained since a long time
(last release is from June 2008, we're packaging the latest from
their CVS repository, which is from January 2010) and it doesn't
build with mozilla-xulrunner192, which is what is shipped with
openSUSE 11.4.
