[packman] Problem to sync packman mirror

Dear support,

We are the adminstrators for the opensuse-packman mirror at the BIFI (University of Zaragoza, SPAIN) http://suse.bifi.unizar.es/

Few days ago, we have a problem when we rsync our opensuse packman mirror, this is the command:

rsync://packman.mirrors.skynet.be/packman/suse

And we get this error:

rsync: failed to connect to packman.mirrors.skynet.be: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(105) [receiver=2.6.9]

I hope you can help us to solve this problem.
