[packman] RFC: improve MPlayer build in packman

Hello,
    using the attached patch in the MPlayer build on pmbs will not build
the internal ffmpeg copy in the MPlayer tree but only use it for
internal header-files and will link with the preinstalled ffmpeg
libraries from the ffmpeg package. This will result in a shorter
buildtime for MPlayer as well as a smaller binary package size. Thus
reducing some load on pmbs.

BuildRequires: libffmpeg-devel should be added to MPlayer.spec too.

Unfortunately due to MPlayer's dependence on internal header-files from
ffmpeg, we cannot get rid of the internal copy completely.

My local testing has shown no regressions due to this patch, the MPlayer
behave exactly the same with or without this patch applied for the video
files that I have played.
