[packman] Please build ffmpeg with vaapi support

It's allready done. When all depending packages are compiled and the 
mirrors are synced, it'll be available.

h264_vaapi		mpeg2_vdpau		wmv3_vaapi
mpeg1_vdpau		mpeg4_vaapi
