It's in packman now.

I also added a "Provides: opencv-ffmpeg" and "Provides:
libopencv-ffmpeg" in our opencv package, to make sure that eviacam pulls
in that dependency instead of an opencv build without ffmpeg support
("Requires: libopencv-ffmpeg" in eviacam)
