The build server had a build error at all the x86_64 packages linked 
from openSUSE OBS. It looks like it's fixed inbetween, 
xine-lib 1.1.18.1-1.pm.38.1 looks good to me.
The 11.2 packages where uploaded a view minutes ago, so it should be 
available on the mirrors after next sync. The 11.1 and 11.0 packages 
will follow soon. I haven't done anything, so I want to thank who ever 
has fixed it.
