[packman] Missing "h2" package/dependency when installing jameica & hibiscus

try a different mirror, this one seems out-of-sync / out of date (last changes 
are from March 2010)

yes, 1.8.x is the former version and was replaced with 1.9 a month ago 
(exactly on Sun Apr 11 2010)
