I've been checking out your package for about a month now. I figure that by
the time it is at version 1.0 I'll have a pretty good foundation upon which
to build. I see that you have updates quite frequently and so the
development seems to be proceeding at a fast pace. I only hope it continues
as many people will want to use this program.

But that's not what I'm contacting you about. I'm curious about the error
message I (and presumably others) get when starting up FreeCAD:

Error: The Python-Pivy package must be installed on your system to use the
Draft moduleError: Python-qt4 package must be installed on your system to use
the Draft module

I'm using openSUSE-11.2 as well as the following:
python-pivy-0.5.0svn765-0.pm.2.1, python-qt4-4.6.1-1.1.1 &
python-qt4-devel-4.6.1-1.1.1. So it isn't because I don't have these
programs installed that I get the error message. I'm wondering if I need to
install a more recent version of .........
.......................................................pauses.................
...........................................................checks................

Figured this out! O.K. That took a few minutes but, as I was typing, I
thought I'd check something out. This is what I did. I added the openSUSE
repository here:

 http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Qt46/openSUSE_11.2

to my list of repo's. Then I updated python-qt4 & python-qt4-devel to the
following versions:

python-qt4-4.7-14.1.i586
python-qt4-devel-4.7-14.1.i586

Then I restarted FreeCAD and voila..the error message disappeared and all the
functions are working. Though I'm sure there is still much to do this is a
vast improvement.

So I wish to pass this on to you so that perhaps you'll consider added a
comment in the README.Linux file regarding the addition of this repo.

Thank you for your consideration.
