[packman] packman.jacobs-university.de disk full

Hi packmans,

packman.jacobs-university.de's disk is full, rsyncs are not going 
through.
Usually no problem, but I am with my foot out of the door for vacation. 
Hence I cannot do anything about that until next weekend.

I will move the machine to a different system with more disk space, but 
next weekend.
