[packman] 'zypper dup' in opensuse 11.1 keeps RE-installing the same 'packman' packages

Also note the 'Vendor: (none)' in these x264 and ffmpeg (and libav*)
packages. Since there is a vendor change, from packman.links2linux.de
to nothing, a zypper up will ignore them.
