[packman] packman repo issues with openSUSE 11.0 continued

We can't help people with buildservice repositories can we? We always
stated that our policy is openSUSE + packman and not openSUSE + packman
+ X. So take care of the Obsoletes for the the openSUSE package and
ignore the rest is my suggestion.
