[packman] gstreamer factory on OpenSuse 10.3 works fine but...

Hai. I am new to this list and hope to find here the answer on my problem.
I am using gstreamer on Opensuse 10.3 and want to use it for my webcam.
This webcam does not work out of the box. I finally was able to get it
running with the factory gstreamer. Following packages are used.

With videview I get a perfect image. Skype does work  with following commands:
 sudo mv /dev/video0 /dev/video1
 gstfakevideo v4l2src device=/dev/video1 ! jpegdec ! videoscale !
ffmpegcolorspace

After Skype starts I get following error messages in the konsole:

 (<unknown>:16819) GStreamer_WARNING **:  Failed to load
plugin '/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstmyhtvsrc.so' cannot opened shared
object file: No such file or directory

 (<unknown>:16813) GStreamer- CRITICAL **:  gst_value_set_fraction:
'assertion "denominator != 0' failed"
gst.c shim_ioctl  (201): request=80685600 nr 0
gst.c shim_ioctl  (313): result=-1 error=515 Unknown error 515

I assume that these errors are caused by gstreamer.
  '/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstmyhtvsrc.so' is present so I am just wondering.
And the asserted denominator =0, is that something I can somewhere change?
Please tell me if more info is required.
