[packman] Add BuildRequires: libmowgli-devel for audacious-devel package

During compilation of audacious_mediaplayer, extension for Kadu Instant
Messanger (http://kadu.net) this shows in terminal

In my opinion adding to BuildRequires: libmowgli-devel will resolve this
