[packman] xmms problem opening files

Hello list users:

I have openSUSE 10.2 with packman's version of xmms (xmms-
1.2.10-200.pm.2).
The problem is when I double click in a file manager 
(konqueror or krusader) on a file that has spaces in the name 
xmms can't open and play the song.
Eg file "01 I Let The Music Speak.mp3" becomes Speak.mp3 in 
the xmms playlist editor window and xmms can't play the file.
Files without empty space in the name are opened and played 
correctly.

Is this an xmms bug or something else on my system that I 
can fix?
