[packman] XvMC with packaged mplayer

Hi!

I think I posted once on this list saying it is not possible to package
mplayer so it uses xvmc.

This is wrong: Just configure with --enable-xvmc --with-xvmclib=XvMCW
and the xvmc wrapper will be linked into the executable. Let the text
file /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XvMCConfig point to the dynamic xvmc library you
want to use (for example /usr/X11R6/lib/libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so.1) and
it will be used by the mplayer executable.

And while the spec file is changed: Please remove toolame: twolame and
toolame can't be used in the same mencoder executable and twolame is
still maintained.
