[packman] Dependency Resolution Failure

I'm using Suse 10.2 on an AMD64 machine and am getting Dependency Resolution 
Failures form packman.  [See below]

The news groups are full of frustrations over SuSE and OpenSuSE's apparent 
inability to stay uptodate without Herculean intervention from a skilled 
administrator.  I'm wondering if anyone on this list can shed some light on 
the problem.
