[packman] New Package - Gnome Subtitles

Hi everyone,

I have a project that would like to see in the Packman repository. The
project's name is Gnome Subtitles (http://gsubtitles.sf.net).

I already have a maintainer for SUSE Linux packages, which are
currently available on the website (http://gsubtitles.sf.net/suse).

What information do you need see if the project's ok? Please clarify
me on this procedure.
