[packman] Error using Yast with Suse 10.2 mirrors

Sounds like a bug in yast2/zypp, you should report it on the openSUSE
bugzilla.

My guess is that yast2 wasn't able to download the file but didn't
report the error properly.

Try to use a different mirror, e.g. the one on skynet.be:
http://packman.mirrors.skynet.be/pub/packman/suse/10.2/

That one is both fast and reliable.
