No, if you are using the AMD64 version of SuSE 9.1, the transcode 
package has to be recompiled for AMD64. You can try this using the 
Source-RPM and rebuild with "rpmbuild --rebuild transcode*.src.rpm", 
but I don't know, if it compiles without problems on this architecture.

It's compiled on the wrong architecture, there is no setting to change 
this. At the moment there is no packager at Packman using a Athlon64 to 
build this packages for you.

rpmbuild --rebuild transcode*.src.rpm
But you will need much more packages to recompile it.
